Project overview: Lomon Billions is a Chinese manufacturer of Titanium Tioxide TiO2. The UK office approached Happyleaves in late 2015 when the Company was known as Billions, with a view to refresh the branding and logo mark, to enable it to work successfully across European & US markets with typeface and colour definition, as well as the addition of a corporate strapline. Since then, Billions has amalgamated with a competitor in this industry called Lomon to become, Lomon Billions. The brand work was expanded to create a design that retained both the company icons coherently, as well as their colour palettes as they are equally well-known and respected in their home markets.
Design work for Lomon Billions has continued through three successful years with services that range from the design of company stationery sets in both English and Chinese languages, sales literature for each product in their ranges, exhibition stand design for global trade shows in various locations throughout the annual calendar. Finally a full mobile-responsive dual-language website that was designed with the aim of creating something that was extremely easy to operate for users across the globe. All design assets use a clean pure white background to give a visual reference to the pure white natural colour of Titanium Tioxide. A grid system is used to provide consistency for the layout of elements, thus ensuring the brand retains its initial concept and style successfully.
Design tasks: brand amalgamation, typeface and colour setting, marketing collateral, exhibition stand design, point-of-sale brochures, product specification sheets, multi-language mobile responsive website with content management system, company stationery set and advertisement system design.
