Project overview: JC Marsh is a well known clay pigeon specialist, offering organised private and corporate group day syndicate shoots. Happyleaves was approached to develop an identity for the business that positioned it in a high-end market position to engage with a target audience for larger shooting days. The branding assets and logo mark retained the colour palette from its existing identity, but added additional complementary tones to create a full palette that worked coherently and resonated well within its market position.
As part of the branding project, a set of supplementary icons was drawn to be used for marketing purposes. The logo mark was designed as both a full name and shorthand detailed stamp mark, including scripted typeface and a diamond knurled finish, to give reference to the intricate components often found on classic shooting rifles.
