Media Solutions are the publication company for Durham Life magazine, so hence they familiar banded colouring for the logo device.
As with Durham Life, the freehand-drawn device provides a friendly yet youthful and vibrant feel to the company's face, and the soft tones of green and blue have connotations with the water colour from the main river in County Durham, the River Wear.
