As part of the branding exercise, happyleaves® was commissioned to provide naming solutions. LanderBe. was initially called Total Property Solutions but it was felt that the name wasn't quirky enough for people to remember easily, or associate with the services that LanderBe. provide their clients. The list was narrowed down to only three, the other two being 'Dunroaming' and 'The Sand Mill'.
