Complete re-brand for this member of the Annandale Observer Ltd group.

A youthful design was required that had reference to the Solway River and as such, the composition used a pair of flowing curves to mimic the shape of the river. The colours used were taken from their existing lineup of newspapers in Dumfriesshire; Annandale Observer, Dumfries Courier, Annandale Herald and Moffat News.
